Dismantle Flock City Hall police surveillance state - Join our DOJ Civil Rights Complaint.
The Issue
On November 5th, 2001, a tragic event unfolded that changed the course of many lives forever. William "Bill" Cooper, a man revered for his prolific commentary and unwavering dedication to unveiling the truth, was assassinated in a brutal midnight raid by local Arizona officials. A victim of state overreach, his death cast a dark shadow over our community, leaving behind those who cherished his wisdom and who continue to spread his message to this day.
But, this is not about Bill Cooper nor me Robert J. Cooper, its about finding 1,000 people who will join me to sign a Department of Justice Civil Rights Division Criminal Complaint against 25,000 officials at city halls in all 50 states to prosecute what I call the Flock Local Government Criminal Enterprise who used "Color of Law - Deprivation of Rights Tactics" to form a Local Police state unlawfully and as such the taxpayer money (Estimated to be $7 Billion) given to Flock Safety must be returned to We The People as its Payola and those responsible need to prosecuted and imprisoned.
Fast forward to 2026, the same oppressive forces that silenced Bill Cooper are now manifesting across the United States under the guise of public safety. In an alarming display of power, roughly 25,000 local officials spread across 5,000 cities have aligned with Flock Safety, a private surveillance company. Together, they have manufactured a nationwide surveillance dragnet that blatantly undermines the Fourth Amendment, violating the rights assured to every citizen of this country.
Flock Safety, known for its extensive network of automated license plate readers, has established partnerships with local police departments across the nation. This collaboration has resulted in a massive collection of data, which subjects ordinary citizens to unwarranted scrutiny and strips them of their privacy and freedoms. The unchecked power of these surveillance technologies infringes upon our basic human rights and sets a dangerous precedent for future government overreach.
The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution was established to protect citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures, ensuring that individuals are not intruded upon or harassed by the government without just cause. Yet, the alliance between Flock Safety and local officials continues to trample upon these fundamental rights, creating a chilling police state that disregards the principles on which this nation was built.
It is imperative that we take action now to halt this encroachment upon our liberties. We must demand transparency and accountability from both Flock Safety and the local officials who have chosen to ignore the rights of the people they are meant to serve. By standing together, we can dismantle this intrusive surveillance network and restore the integrity of our constitutional rights.
Join me in honoring the memory of Bill Cooper by fighting against this oppressive surveillance state. Sign this petition to call upon local and state governments to sever ties with Flock Safety, dismantle their invasive systems, and uphold the freedoms that are justly ours. Together, we can safeguard our privacy and ensure a future where government surveillance does not overshadow democracy. Your voice matters, and it can make a monumental difference. Sign the petition today.
