Salaries of the private school teachers have hit rock bottom during pandemic.A noble profession like teaching came under the radar of covid nightmare.There are many schools who have deducted 40% salary of their teachers since April 2020  till date.The six hour job from 8 am to 2 pm with 100% salary has become  a 12 hr job and even more with 40%-50% pay cut.The teacher is mentally exhausted by  too many digital tools and apps for the virtual classes along with all the odd job of fee collection,maintaining attendance records,virtual functions,PTM at the cost of their health and 24x7 internet.How will the teachers run their house and expenses in this petty salary? Teachers were the frontline covid warriors and supported the management,parents and the children 24x7 and worked under all crisis.

They motivated and encouraged the children to beat the pandemic and followed all orders,circulars from CBSE and the Directorate of Education.They followed all CBSE latest changes, curriculums  religiously,prepared the children for the forthcoming board examination and even conducted their board practicals during the second wave of pandemic.But we think teachers were the only ignorant sector this pandemic and felt cheated,betrayed by the Management of their schools.

Please help us in getting the justice by signing this petition to understand the teachers plight  and dilemma so that we get 100%  salary,arrears and our due increments.
