This petition serves as a call to McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King, three of the world's leading fast food chains, to terminate any supplies and services to Israeli military forces. This request is motivated by enduring concerns over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the role of businesses in indirectly supporting military actions that have led to widespread destruction and loss of innocent lives. Based on the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, more than 2,000 Palestinian civilians have lost their lives in the conflict from 2008 to 2020 (source: UNOCHA). Therefore, we strongly urge these popular food chains to ensure their business operations are adhering to ethical standards and not contributing to further escalations in volatile regions. We must prioritize the sustenance of peace and harmony in conflicted areas and act against any form of commercial involvement that may jeopardize these values.
