Anybody can take legal action against 1080 by subscribing to 1080 Legal Action. After recently having 1080 baiting stopped in Western Australia and Victoria we are urging people to join this legal action.

By subscribing you will receive a Toxic Trespass Notice that can be served on Council, Landcare, or any other baiter. The baiter is placed on notice that you oppose 1080 on your property, that if a bait is dropped by a bird or fox, you could take legal action because of the Toxic Trespass.

The Notice refers to Toxic Trespass and what action you will take. You will also receive the high definition artwork for a Toxic Trespass sign which can be placed on your property for everybody to see and will warn that you oppose 1080 baiting, that you do not want to be Trespassed with Toxic 1080.

You also receive high definition artwork for a  brochure that can be printed and sent with the Toxic Trespass Notice.
