We the shareholders undersigned insist that the proxy vote for a reverse split of common stock on October 17th 2017 include a provision to reduce the number of authorized shares and preferred stock shares in proportion to the reduction in outstanding common stock shares resulting from the reverse split. In return the undersigned undertake to approve the proxy.
