Hello everyone, There have been rumours that a final decision would be reached on the 23rd of Feb on the future of our lollipops, on how the funding would be allocated. I do hope the Council will continue to protect our children as it has done until now. I worry that if alternative methods of funding are found, that there will be inevitable inequalities between schools, and that some children will have their lives put at risk because there is no crossing patrol in front of their school. There are some really dangerous junctions and roundabouts all across Exeter. I want to go back to the Council with an updated version of this petition, but for that I would like to get as many signatures as possible, if possible to make it go to 1000. It is possible but I need all your help and energies to share this petition via your social media channels, groups, Twitter pages. Let's all join forces to try and save our lollipops! This is the short link to share with your schools, with your school groups, with your friends, with ... all of Exeter: chn.ge/15NNw5f Thank you for your help. I have yet to meet someone who doesn't want to see the lollipops' funding secure, provided and protected by our Council. Please County Council, listen to our desperate plea...
