EXETER parents have voiced their concerns over potentially losing lollipop school patrollers who make the roads safer for their children. The highly valued community service is once under again threat by Devon County Council who are consulting over proposals to reduce the number of school crossing patrols to save £250,000 - believed to be the equivalent to the salaries of all front line patrols and one third of back office support.
