Q. Pull off hat

Q + E. Hat Throw, Throw Hat with razor's on them,(aims where cursor is located), also makes the opponent hitten by the Hat, Bleed for a few seconds, bleeding example: scary monsters r move, bite, or Kars Click. (also,possibly could you make it where how like when you use a remote stand, you go into the hat view by pressing c, and you can aim it around? thanks.)

E + Hold. Razor Barrage! (A slow barrage doing high damage, cutting your opponent making them bleed.

R. Burn! You dash forward, grabbing your opponent, and burning them with your abs very fast, and does more damage the longer you hold onto them, (NOTE: if they dmg you alot, you stop holding them, and they are free.)

T. "I shall let no man harm this gentleman!" (You say a quick quote, and aim cursor over them) and then you inspire the person you talked to, making them faster and stronger, and the more the inspired person is hit, the more damage they do. (the more damage they do part when they are hit, is optional.) lasts 15 seconds, (cooldown: 35 seconds)

H. Psych up. You do 2x more damage for 15 seconds.

Z: Escape! Just like JH dash but 0.2x slower.

Also, could you give speedwagon to the people that thought of this this? So we can test it out, and of course use it, because it'd be nice to be the first ones using something we thought of, thanks! If you make it, it's yours. We don't mind if you buff it, nerf it or whatever, (just let us uh have a speedwagon, (optional part: giving us a legendary speedwagon, but you don't have to lol, just something to make us happy.)
