Detener la injusticia en el juzgado de Sagunto
El problema
Necesitamos un minuto de su tiempo para ayudarnos a recoger firmas ,es una firma gratuita y voluntaria para poder ser defendidas y que abogados y jueces no den prescripción contando erronaemente desde la imposición del contrato sino de el descubrimiento de la trampa de este y su utilización en 2023& 2025 Yo y mis hijas, ambas estudiantes, estamos sin hogar desde el 14 de octubre del 2025 debido a una decisión judicial injusta en el juzgado de Sagunto, ubicado en Av. Doctor Palos 26. Estamos atrapados en un caso complejo de utilización de un contrato impuesto con condiciones abusivas hecho por tres adultos en el año 2005. Aquel contrato fue obtenido mediante coacción, engaño y vicio del consentimiento, con el fin de robar mi voluntad no dejandome decidir nada a mi para aprovecharse de una pensión derivada de mis trabajos del hogar y el cuidado de mis hijos por 22 años y 10 meses que fue robada intencionadamente posteriormente en 2009 se me impuso una modificación de medidas y despues de romper nuestra economía se nos obliga a salir del hogar el 14/10/2025
Durante todo este tiempo, no se me informó de mis derechos, y nunca se me dio la opción de negarme a firmar. El Tribunal Supremo y Constitucional nos ha dejado en total indefensión, no reconociendo nuestra situación y permitiendo que el sistema legal actual siga contando la prescripción desde el año 2005 en vez de desde el momento en que se descubrió la estafa entre 2023 y 2025. Esta injusticia nos priva de un hogar, de privacidad y de la posibilidad de vivir una vida normal.
Los abogados implicados en nuestra causa consideran la prescripción desde el origen del contrato, sin tener en cuenta el momento en que se reveló el engaño. Esto nos deja sin economía y sin un refugio al cual llamar hogar. Es crucial que nuestros derechos sean reconocidos y que las autoridades corrijan esta grave falencia del sistema judicial que nos está afectando terriblemente.

My daughters (both students) and I have been homeless since October 14, 2025, due to an unjust judicial ruling in the court of Sagunto, located at Av. Doctor Palos 26. We are trapped in a complex case involving an imposed contract with abusive terms executed by three adults in 2005. That contract was obtained through coercion, deceit, and vitiated consent, designed to rob me of my free will and exploit a pension derived from my 22 years and 10 months of housework and childcare—which was later intentionally stolen. Subsequently, in 2009, a modification of measures was imposed on me, and after ruining our financial stability, we were forced out of our home on October 14, 2025.
Throughout all this time, I was never informed of my rights, nor was I given the option to refuse to sign. The Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court have left us completely defenseless, failing to recognize our situation and allowing the current legal system to count the statute of limitations from 2005 instead of from the moment the fraud was discovered between 2023 and 2025. This injustice deprives us of a home, privacy, and the chance to live a normal life.
The lawyers involved in our case consider the statute of limitations to run from the origin of the contract, ignoring when the deceit was actually revealed. This leaves us without financial resources and without a place to call home. It is crucial that our rights are recognized and that authorities correct this severe flaw in the judicial system that is devastating our lives.
I ask for your support to bring attention to this injustice and to demand that our case be re-evaluated with a human and fair approach. We need a change in how statutes of limitations are applied in cases of deceit and coercion to protect victims of such situations.
