The issue
- Willow Dunn, a beautiful 4 year old girl with Down Syndrome was inhumanely neglected by her father and stepmother resulting in her death. Her father is being charged under a new definition of murder in Queensland aimed at child-killers, which includes 'reckless indifference to human life', however the stepmother isn't. The stepmother has been quoted as saying that "Willow was not her responsibility" therefore she has defined the new law with that quote as she showed a Reckless indifference to human life. Please sign this petition so as all the adults that lived in this house, involved in this case will also be brought to Justice.
