Providing proper rest and flexibility is essential to keep employees motivated, refreshed, and productive.

Proposal :

• 2 Saturdays off every month.
• 2 Saturdays as Work From Home (WFH).
• Introduction of structured upskilling courses during working Saturday.
• Proper tracking of employee learning and its impact on productivity.
• Implementation of a clear holiday calendar for better planning and transparency.
