The Issue
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance at Regrip has become increasingly challenging. Many employees are from outside Jaipur and are unable to spend quality time with their families. A continuous full workweek feels hectic, affecting both mental well-being and productivity.
Providing proper rest and flexibility is essential to keep employees motivated, refreshed, and productive.
Key Concerns :
- Employees living away from family are not getting personal time.
- Continuous work leads to stress and burnout.
- Lack of rest directly impacts productivity and focus.
Proposal :
- 2 Saturdays off every month.
- 2 Saturdays as Work From Home (WFH).
- Introduction of structured upskilling courses during working Saturday.
- Proper tracking of employee learning and its impact on productivity.
- Implementation of a clear holiday calendar for better planning and transparency.
