We’re asking US Government to do what the Lithuanian state did. Declare Russia a terrorist state. 

Countries designated as terrorist nations face complete ban on trade relations and seizure of their financial assets, as well as lifting diplomatic immunity.

That means victims of Russian terrorism can file lawsuits in US courts.

And no US citizen can conduct any legitimate business transaction with Russia.
