Iranians and middle east are kept hostage by IRGC. Let's put an end to it.

Since 1979, all the middle east, particularly Iranians have been suffering from the human right violence by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps. IRGC has actively involved in kidnapping, torturing, oppressing, and murdering innocent people all around the world, and mostly Iranians. Ali Khamenei is the current supreme leader of the Islamic Republic, sitting at top of the IRGC's military hierarchy, in charge of all IRGC's actions.

Designating the IRGC as a terrorist organisation and prosecuting the leaders, stops significant global financial transaction related to this organisation, and membership in the IRGC is banned by international laws. In addition, victims or their families may prosecute the agents and bring a claim against them in international courts.

In recent Woman, Life, Freedom movement in Iran, started 2022, the main agent involved in oppression, kidnapping, torturing and killing the peaceful protesters is IRGC, which directly gets order from Ali Khamenei. By the time this petition is published, only in first 4 months, more than 20,000 protesters are arrested, besides, more than 500 people are killed, including at least 70 children, as conformed number which real one would have been far higher.

In 2022, every 37 hours, one Iranian was executed in average; and even in the first half of 2023, the records show worse, according to Amnesty.

January 2026, Iranians began nationwide revolution against Islamic Republic. Bazaar in different cities, went to strike, and people in small and big cities protested in every streets. On January 8th, regime shutdown internet, phone, and landline and IRGC massacred 20,000 to 40,000 innocent people whom demonstrated peacefully desired to breathe freedom. Thousands got murdered in cold-blooded only in two nights including children, with gunfire targeted their heads and hearts, led by supreme leader, Ali Khamenei to put swift end to protest regardless how many lives it cost. Having kept Iranian in cyber darkness for weeks, without any connection to world, regime swept evidences under the carpet and made false narrations to cover up. The level of brutality IRGC showed was horrific, and unique in contemporary history.
