I received the following email today. Presumably, this is the work of Derek Smart, although there is no way to prove this unless he says so himself. It could just as easily be anybody else, but given his track record, I'm going to take a wild guess and say Derek himself filed this defamation claim. Nothing in particular was pointed out to be defamatory, and I'd like to see him try to prove that anything I said here is not factual. Change.org doesn't require the petition to be modified or taken down, so up it stays. Bring it on, Derek.
