In Village Odar, near Gharoh (in Dharamsala area), villagers have been capturing and tying up stray cows and bulls unlawfully in a government school campus since a few weeks now! Barely given any food and water and exposed to elements, one cow has already died.

Farmers are doing this to protect their farms from the stray cows and bulls. The proper way of doing it is to get a permission from DC office and then moving the cows and bulls to a cow shelter.

This is in-humane and cruel. Please request the Deputy Commissioner to intervene to free the animals or get them moved to a shelter!
