There may be a larger & more fundamental issue with Missouri American Water. This story from today's paper makes my issue seem small by comparison. Why can't they find out how many people will lose water? Are they elderly or infirm? Are there children living there? This is not the residents fault. Surely there is a solution that takes the human factor into account.
