Fundraising for PLA

We, the undersigned, strongly demand that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Department of Homeland Security immediately begin deportation proceedings against Xiang Tang (known online as “Sauce Fragrant Pancake Guy” or 小唐), a Chinese influencer currently in Los Angeles.
Xiao Tang has committed multiple serious offenses that make him unfit to remain in the United States:
1.  Fraudulent Political Asylum: He claimed political persecution in China to gain asylum, but openly makes videos on Chinese social media platforms selling products to Chinese audiences and spreading extreme nationalist content.
2.  Used Car Scams Targeting Immigrants: Upon arriving in the U.S., he preyed on newly arrived Chinese immigrants by selling tampered-mileage cars, leaking cars, and accident-damaged vehicles. He used deceptive tactics to overcharge victims by thousands of dollars per car, earning enough to buy a Tesla Model X. Multiple victims reported being scammed, leading to his reputation collapsing in the used car community.
3.  Price Gouging Fellow Chinese Immigrants: He sold simple pancakes for $60 each (roughly 400 RMB) to Chinese customers, while later using “free pancakes for homeless people” as a publicity stunt to gain views and sell questionable products like overpriced or fake toothpaste.
4.  Sexual Harassment and Violating Restraining Order: He repeatedly harassed women, including a female follower. A restraining order was issued against him, which he violated, leading to his arrest by Los Angeles police in July 2025.
5.  Illegal Food Vending and Public Safety Violations: He operated unlicensed food stalls in Los Angeles with poor hygiene standards, violating local health and business regulations.
6.  Inflammatory and Dangerous Statements: In public videos, he has called for war between China and the U.S., claiming he stays in America to “raise military funds” for China. Such statements are reckless and potentially threatening.
7.  Immigration Fraud and Fake Political Stunt: Despite being in the U.S. illegally or on questionable status, he announced a run for Mayor of Los Angeles purely for clicks and to monetize his Chinese audience.
This individual has systematically exploited the American system, abused the generosity of asylum laws, preyed on vulnerable Chinese immigrants, and broken multiple U.S. laws. He uses America as a base to scam his own people and generate traffic while showing clear contempt for American values and laws.
We demand:
•  Immediate deportation of Xiao Tang
•  Full investigation into his asylum claim for possible fraud
•  Revocation of any legal status he currently holds
America should not be a safe haven for scammers, harassers, and fraudsters who exploit the system and harm others.

我们郑重要求美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）及美国国土安全部立即启动对“小唐”（网名“酱香饼哥”）的遣返程序
我们，下方签署人，强烈要求美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）以及美国国土安全部（DHS）立即对目前居住在洛杉矶的中国籍网络红人“小唐”（英文名 Xiang Tang，网络昵称“Sauce Fragrant Pancake Guy”）展开遣返程序。

我们认为，小唐实施了多项严重行为，不适合继续留在美国：

1. 疑似虚假政治庇护申请
他以在中国受到政治迫害为理由申请政治庇护，但与此同时，却长期在中国社交媒体平台发布视频、向中国观众销售产品，并传播极端民族主义言论。这种行为令人对其庇护申请的真实性产生严重质疑。

2. 针对新移民的二手车欺诈行为
来到美国后，他曾向刚到美国的华人新移民出售调表车、漏油车以及事故车。

据称，他通过误导性销售手段向受害者收取远高于市场价格的费用，每辆车额外获利数千美元，并借此积累财富购买特斯拉 Model X 等高价值车辆。

多名受害者曾公开投诉其欺诈行为，其在华人二手车圈内的声誉也因此严重受损。

3. 向华人同胞高价牟利
他曾向华人消费者出售价格高达60美元（约合400元人民币）一张的普通酱香饼。

随后又通过“免费给流浪汉送饼”等活动制造话题和流量，以此推广和销售价格虚高或真实性存疑的产品，例如牙膏等商品。

4. 性骚扰及违反限制令
据公开信息显示，他曾多次骚扰女性，包括女性粉丝。

法院曾针对其行为签发限制令（Restraining Order），但他随后违反限制令规定，并因此于2025年7月被洛杉矶警方逮捕。

5. 非法食品经营及公共卫生违规
他曾在洛杉矶地区无证经营食品摊位，并被指存在卫生条件不达标等问题，涉嫌违反当地公共卫生法规及商业经营规定。

6. 煽动性及危险言论
在公开发布的视频中，他曾发表鼓吹中美开战的言论，并声称自己留在美国是为了“给中国筹集军费”。

此类言论极具煽动性和危险性，可能对公共安全造成负面影响。

7. 疑似移民欺诈及政治炒作
在自身移民身份存在争议的情况下，他曾宣布竞选洛杉矶市长。

我们认为，此举并非真正参与公共事务，而是为了获取流量、制造话题，并进一步向中国受众进行商业变现。

 
我们的立场
我们认为，该人士长期利用美国制度漏洞，滥用政治庇护制度，对华人新移民群体进行经济上的剥削，并涉嫌违反多项美国法律法规。

他把美国当作进行流量变现和商业牟利的平台，同时公开表现出对美国法律与价值观的不尊重。

 
我们的诉求
我们要求：

• 立即启动对小唐的遣返程序；

• 对其政治庇护申请进行全面调查，以确认是否存在欺诈行为；

• 如发现违规情况，撤销其现有的任何合法移民身份或居留资格。

 
美国不应成为诈骗者、骚扰者以及利用制度漏洞牟利者的避风港。
