Yesterday, I had exchanged emails with Dr. Hines. Chief of Staff at VAMC Saginaw.  He stated there were no HR complaints of Dr. Plummer.  I explained the best I could that these are not HR issues, but examine issues.  His personal judgment and treatment of veterans during C&P exams.  I gave him a couple of examples and he stated he would investigate it.  

Today, I got an email stating that upon further investigation and review the case was closed and if I had any further questions, I was to ask a different Dr.  Turns out he is the head Psychiatrist at Saginaw.  I have asked why the case was closed and if any action was taken.  I also ended the email like everyother one.... That I will not stop until Dr. Plummer is removed..
