Remove Dr. Plummer from C&P exams at the VA Medical Center in Saginaw!

The Issue

*** ANYONE CAN SIGN THIS PETITION, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE HERE OR BE A VETERAN***

Dr. Robert Plummer, PHD is a Clinical Psychologist at VA Medical Center in Saginaw, MI.  He does most of the Compensation & Pension exams for veterans suffering from a mental illness.  These C&P exams are scheduled for 2 hours and Dr. Plummer rarely takes more than 15-20 mins. His lack of a following VA examination guidelines leads to veterans being denied disability benefits.

The review below mirrors many veterans' stories that Dr. Plummer hasn't even reviewed their medical records to even make a complete ACCURATE medical opinion.  Many veterans are in treatment or counseling for several months and include that medical evidence in their claim, but Dr. Plummer ignores the burden of proof shown in the veterans' file.

According to Healthgrades, he has a 1 out of 4 star rating due to his judgemental behavior.

On RateMDs.com, there is this review that was left.
" Robert Plummer - NPI number 1417943838 This was my VA PTSD C&P examiner. He was horrible and failed to ask any questions related to the severity of my symptoms. He tries shady tactics like asking if I had experienced any traumatic event, followed immediately asking if I ever been shot at by mortars . I said no then had to call him out for asking two questions in one and by me saying I was never shot at by mortars he was writing that I had was saying “no” to experiencing a traumatic event. Very unethical and manipulative. Immediately called VA 800-827-1000 after and filed a formal complaint against him that he was engaging in tactics to underplaying my conditions and was trying to rush the appointment and completely disregarding the severity of my symptoms. Also, he admitted after me asking 10 times that he hadn’t ever reviewed any of my medical or claim records and said it was NOT part of his job. When in reality all c&p examiners are obliged to review pertinent information regarding your claim and medical diagnose"

Dr. Plummer has been taken off exams before but for some reason, he was brought back approx in 2016.  We are asking that the VA Medical Center in Saginaw remove Dr. Plummer and provide someone who can follow VA Examinations without judgment and accuracy.
