The issue
There needs to be a regulated qualified guideline in place to support the qualifications of trainers as opposed to a money making venture.
This petition is started to prevent unnecessary torture and death of ANY dog.
By producing qualifications as supporting evidence to the fact they are indeed the person / company they claim to be.
By having a guideline in place and qualifications it prevents the demise of many a dog / puppy.
