A father was able to hear what most parents do not hear in family court, which is what was done to him and his children was terribly wrong.

                                    "Do poor people lose their kids?"   

The Judge presiding over a divorce case posed this question during closing arguments.  Every day parents are forced to walk away from their children simply because they don't have the money to fight for them in the Family Court System. 

This growing epidemic of children losing loving parents in the family courts simply because they can't afford legal help needs immediate attention.  Please help by signing so we can bring about some awareness and change to this gross injustice.

This Father was restricted from seeing his children for nearly 2 years, not because he committed a crime, but due to false allegations as allegedly money was the primary motivating factor and the children were the primary weapon used.  

We need reform protecting children and their parents from being unjustly separated like this Father and his children had experienced. Had this Father not had the resources to expose the truth, his children would have lost their Father.  The amount of money you have in your bank account should not determine whether you can continue to be a parent or see your children again. 

We are also asking for the Dept of Justice to seek an investigation into other alleged possible claims of extortion, fraud, theft, Rackateeering, and conspiracy where a family was allegedly exploited for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
