Small Business Government Procurement Corruption

Small Business Government Procurement Corruption
The Issue
Have you ever used a Camelbak (R)?
Well did you know it was invented in the 1980s by a man named Wes Schneider of Wesleyan Company who was bankrupted by the Army?
His Patents: https://patents.google.com/?inventor=Wesley+Schneider
Short story (audio): https://clyp.it/ssut51jd
Long story (audio): https://clyp.it/qku4bvyd
The government often fails to prevent and punish wrongdoing at the Federal level.
Well, I'm trying to prevent what happened to Wes from happening to me and from happening to others down the line.
I'm involved with the same part of NSRDEC, the Chem/Bio Protection part of Natick Soldier Research Center in the Army, and they refuse to respond to my inquiries about funding and support.
Instead, they are duplicately and fraudulently funding a Carnegie Mellon University spinoff called nanoGriptech.
nanoGriptech has received about $5 Million of your taxpayer dollars plus other funding.
Among nanoGriptech's misrepresentations and clues to their misuse of funds is that:
1) They sent a cease and desist letter to me over one year ago naming an entire law firm (as a scare tactic) and would not speak with me or direct me to the entire law firm they claim as counsel.
2) Their required non-proprietary summary report is not online yet they have been awarded even more money knowing that their technology wouldn't meet the solicitation's ask.
3) They only make one product - a gecko grip adhesive - and so every SBIR they've gotten has been producing an iteration of that one product.
I am just frustrated.
Contractors, soldiers, and large corporations from all over the world are inquiring about my closure technology but I am unable to serve most of them due to lack of access to capital to perform all of the development and testing that the contractors desire.
The thing about manufacturing tech is that it demands a lot of upfront capital in tooling and production costs.
If contractors wanted nanoGriptech's product, they could have and should have had it as the company has been around since 2009 and has received MILLIONS in funding.
America claims to want manufacturing in America. Diversity in STEM. And female entrepreneurs.
Yet, I am all of the above with very little support.
I NEED YOUR HELP.
Please, tell DoD to support my small business to help their contractors protect the warfighter.
I couldn't save up enough revenues from other areas to meet this contractor demand NOW (testing and tooling for the aerospace, space, & defense areas are especially expensive plus B2B sales are slow.)
And, tell nanoGriptech to sue me if they so desire with the whole entire WSGR firm supposedly backing them since 2017.
Even more, tell DoDIG to do its job and for DoD to STOP WASTING YOUR TAX DOLLARS!
This duplicate funding/fraud case happened in the same exact state.
I'm trying to be a young, productive citizen...like Wes.
My own government is subverting my efforts, over-funding SBIR mills and ignoring the desires of the contractors who contact me by refusing me enough funding to help them.
This will only continue if we don't stand up to them TODAY.
