I’m writing the petition to get the support of the community and rest of the people. My daughter was murdered July 2nd at 18 months from her mothers boyfriend. She was being abused months up to her death. Yet she allowed her to stay with him alone. My mother always watched her everytime but she kept her from us because we had asked about the bruises and that resulted in her death that day she left em alone together. She had a good family who loved her and she was safe with always!! Idk why she left them alone together!! She knew about the abuse!!  Social services had been involved and still got nowhere!! This man has hurt my kid multiple times and shae knew about it admitting it to friends through text messages and would make up lies to cover for the boyfriend when my mother or her mother asked about the bruises. Shaes son came forth about Andy putting a pillow over his head and telling him he was gonna kill him a month prior to the murder and she still allowed him around for her own selfish needs. Anytime a daycare would ask to many questions she’d take the kids out and find a new one or leave them with people she barley met or knew. Even after the murder she tried covering for him, went to the carnival in Nebraska slept with him every night for a week and then he was arrested and she’s still not in custody nor do they want to look further into her. I’m asking for everyone’s support that way they’ll look more into the case so we can get the mother held accountable for allowing my daughter and her son to be abused by a grown ass man and even possibly her. Emorie deserves real justice!! Everyone who put her life in danger or knew about it needs to be held accountable immediately!! I ask that the people sign the petition and help us get the justice emorie deserves, if we come together there’s no way they can keep refusing to look further into the case!!!. She was hurt very badly and died of brain bleed, the DA said “it was as if they through her off of a 5 story building, that’s how bad the impact to her brain was.” We need answers and emorie needs her justice!! SHAE and ANDY both need to be held accountable equally!!
