Due to the persecution of Police Officers in the present political environment, and the apparent complicity of the Democrat Party, its elected officials, politicized leadership of various law enforcement and criminal justice organizations, the Left Wing news media, Left Wing Political Action groups with political agendas, compromised agents of the radical left in the criminal justice system, and raving mobs of illogical individuals, we the undersigned hereby state that we feel all evidence being gathered and presented against Police Officers, Federal Agents, and other law enforcement personnel in any criminal investigations is hereby tainted and untrustworthy due to this obvious bias. For that reason we feel that we cannot in good conscience enter a guilty verdict on any criminal case lodged against any Law Enforcement Officer under any circumstances, and therefore we are forced to pledge to vote for acquittal in any such case. We do not view this as bias, but merely a recognition of unfortunate realities inherent to the present environment.

We recognize that if enough people sign this petition, law enforcement officers will be placed essentially above and beyond any law and be completely unconvictable of anything. But given the sacrifice inherent to the occupation, we feel this is the only way to prevent innocent men of good character from being unjustly persecuted in the present political environment. Clearly, the political environment has has fully deteriorated into an outright battle between two sides which will never get along, between the patriotic Americans who love this country, its President, and the men and women who sacrifice to keep it great, and outright enemies of our nation who free criminals from jails, defund Police Departments, persecute Officers who serve their communities faithfully, and glorify criminals that fight with Police, and whose ultimate fates were nobody's fault but their own. We believe the actors on the other side, persecuting law enforcement are so contemptible that there must be a counter force in the system opposing their traitorous intentions and the unjust and unfair outcomes they produce.

Our objective with this petition is two fold. One, we want to document the extent of this problem - the extent to which American citizens have decided to never convict a Police Officer for anything due to this unfair political envionment. And two, we want to ask the President and the Justice Department to initiate an official study into this matter, and look for ways to ameliorate the present anti-law enforcement political environment, so we might one day have faith in the system to operate justly again.
