The DEPORTATION of RICARDO CASTILLO PANUCO born 09/01/1980 from the United States of America. An illegal alien residing in Marion County Oregon with a criminal past of child trafficking and Kidnapping, Drug trafficking charges, Domestic violence, Grand theft auto and willful Child endangerment also with a history of statutory rape. Ricardo also had a history of engaging in sexual acts with other women with his children in the same bed, while their mother was away on business. Ricardo had his ex wife and mother of his 3 children, kidnapped in Tijuana MEXICO in 2015 in a sick twisted murder for hire plot, after she left him. Ricardo helped orchestrate the execution by the Mexican drug cartels/government of his younger brother Santiago. In 2016. Ricardo also attempted several times to have his own daughter kidnapped. Ricardo Castillo Panuco is an endangerment to society and lawfully abiding citizens, especially children. Ricardo is dangerous and has been deported 3 times.

While some may think that DEPORTATION is useless, he fled Mexico because of his crimes. Ricardo successfully hid out of site for many years until he crossed illegally to avoid prosecution. 

Ricardo now lives in Marion County in the city of Salem, State of Oregon. He works under the table for a construction company who employe's him under a false social security number. He owes a little under $1000 monthly and has not paid a dime in child support for his children, although he makes good money.
