Having acknowledged receipt of my electronic mail of 22 June 2016 through Atty. Julita M. Calderon, Acting Director of Public Assistance Bureau, the Deputy Ombudsman for the Visayas, Atty. Paul Elmer M. Clemente recently referred our Petition on Stray Dogs to the Tanjay City Health Office, Re: OFA-C-16-3707 E for appropriate dispatch and the said Office was advised to take action within five (5) days from receipt ( I received the email response 4 Aug 2016) and inform me of the disposition and copy furnished the Ombudsman. I will wait for the action taken by the City Health of Tanjay City, otherwise upon lapse of five (5) days, when no action will be taken - we will opt for the filing of the compelling case.
