I am baffled as to why I have never heard of the NRLS until around a month ago (As I explain in this video).

Is this new updated version of NRLS (an array of letters that I've forgotten already) an answer to our lack of data and collation of harms? I don't know, but I'm going to find out.

The NHS England claims to want to work with the VCSE sector and to want to keep the NHS patients centred, this is the antithesis of that.

I would be very happy to work with the team 'updating' and rebranding the NRLS to ensure harms from non-pharmaceutical treatments are included as 'patient safety incidents'.
