Remember my update from a month ago, in which Lord Kamall had responded to my latest letter and signposted me to NICE to get this reporting system implemented?

I know implementation of this system is outside of NICE's remit but wrote to them to make sure I wasn't missing anything!

NICE have replied and said 'While NICE published information on the impact on NHS workforce and resources on 12 May 2022 to support implementation of this guideline, you are right in saying that introduction of a harm reporting system is beyond NICE’s role.

I'm pretty sure Lord Kamall should have known that.

Waste of my time and NICE's staff's time but that tick box exercise has been completed.
