CPS has a long history of opening investigations due to prior CPS history, which is illegal. Many parents do what they ask for fear of losing their child(ren). But, what most parents don't know is that, by talking to CPS and answering their questions you are implicating yourselves for the worst outcome. Without a court order you don't have to take a random drug test for them. CPS has several State and Federal lawsuits open against them. Parents are fed up with doing everything they ask only to have their child(ren) taken away anyway. For example, my son was born at 27 weeks and 3 days. He was 2 months and 26days early. He weighed 2lbs and 8oz when he was born. But because of prior CPS history, CPS took custody of my son while still in the hospital saying it was neglectful supervision. My husband and I are not able to go up to the hospital and see him nor will the hospital tell us how he is. We have done nothing wrong. Please join us in the fight against CPS.
