Covid- 19 cases have been increasing at a rapid rate in India. While other countries have been postponing/cancelling the examinations for all years, final year students here are being forced to give the examination.

Hostellers will be facing the problem more Pvt hostel owners are also not ready to let them stay, they are also not sure about their sanitations.Also, hostelites will be the most vulnerable as they have to share even bathrooms. If 2nd and 4th semesters can be cancelled on the basis of health security of the students then why can't 6th semesters? And blind students will be facing the most problems in relation to their travelling and sanitization etc. And not everyone will be following social distancing.

Students can be promoted by calculating the final semester percentage by giving 50% marks based on internals and rest 50% marks on the basis of the previous semester's examination.

Back papers should be cancelled for all the students. And they should be given at least 40-50% marks. The world is going through a pandemic. This situation demands an extraordinary solution because during the examination if one gets virus, it will affect the whole.

Corona Pandemic has definitely affected so many of the earth including systems of administration and government. This situation is an emergency which is to be understood by all and needs separate view for every thing .

Students of different universities of odisha here are requesting/demanding for the cancellation and alternative of the final semester. The system needs to understand the final semester is a separate semester like other individual semesters. We request the Government to not to put lives of many on stake. 

Problems:

1- Thousands of students who are out of state, red zones, orange zones, cyclone affected areas , sealed places can't even come. Those who will manage to come can't even guranted for not having the virus in them. They will travel through any means and social distancing can't be an excuse in a public transport. Will government be responsible for it?

2- Hostelites will be staying in single room and using the same washroom. Private hostelites even don't have any means to stay. No system is there  students will come for exam and come into centre and can't even go for a test without symptoms before exam. If a single Students gets positive (after 14days) and , it would spread to lakhs as thousands of students× families×faculties. Will government be responsible?

3- Blind Students can't even give as no Writers. Even if they get writers , social distancing is never possible. How government is gonna act?

4- students who can't even come from red zones , what about them?

5- Final semester is not annual examination rather a separate Examination like all other. For one semester, definitely no student will risk its life and it's family's life.

Solution demand:

When UGC INDIA has cleared about the alternative why government is putting lives of many on stake?

1- Government can promote the students by 50% from their internal assessment and 50 % by their previous 5semesters .

2- In case, any student wants to prove its performance, government can get separate scheduled dates for the them. 

The solution is not affecting any one's career and saving more than 8-10 lakhs students and it's families.
