Is this type of customer service becoming more and more frequent? [VIDEO]

I personally was recently 'banned and kicked out from every college in the CONEL, Capital City College Group (Enfield and Haringey; City and Islington College) when I was physically assaulted by an angry, arrogant security staff who wanted to demonstrate his power regardless of my disability' over the use of the parking bays on site that is not prohibited by legal signage or contract.

1) What do you think of this managers attitude toward a paying gym member?

2) Do you think she (the manager) would have been able to lift weights without dropping them or making a noise?

3) Was the manager simply assuming and stereotyping based on her own 'Ego and Previous Life Experience (another word for Trauma, Vulnerabilities and Insecurities) that made her feel as if she was being spoken to as nothing and that she did not know what she was talking about; When in fact she 'did not know what she is talking about' but spoke it anyway?

It seems as though this staff member felt upset and personally attacked when the facts were provided by the gym member and pointed out to her, as a result her ego was offended as she was no longer in the position of 'power' which she craves as a manager in her job role and decided to abuse and ban the paying member to exert her own ego and power over him.

This is exactly what happened to me at CONEL Enfield College and now I am banned from every college in their group and in pain on a daily basis which has affected many aspects of my life since January.
