Banned from CONEL Haringey and Enfield College, Capital City College Group which includes City And Islington College...

Simply because I was discriminated against when I attempted to park by the Security Staff who said "Young man, you can't park here. Young' Man" (Suggesting I should walk to college because I am a young man and leave the car park for older students?).

His colleague then came out to confront me and said "You can leave your car there all day if you like" which I did not realise he was being sarcastic until I was physically assaulted as I entered the college building.

The Security Guard Said "WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT" when I pleaded with him to stop assaulting me, punching my phone directly out of my hand as I tried to capture his violence against me.

I only managed to get free from his violence as the other (instigator) security guard steps in to physically pull him off of me... I quickly walked to reception and waited in line and was then surrounded by three security staff as they tried once more to 'grab' me and spoke to reception who completed a complaints card and escorted me off-site but refused to call the police at my request that I had been assaulted by a Security Guard and failed to implement SafeGuard Policy.

After reporting it to the college they quickly responded with this letter and refused to accept a letter from me which explained my version of events and called the police to remove me and my mother from the college when we tried to hand it into the 'Assistant Vice Principal'.

I received soft tissue damage injuries and that of a whiplash car accident victim and have been in pain in my back, chest and neck region since the shunting and pushing incident, I have also been very distressed and my anxiety heightened since this non-aggravated incident.

When the college responded to my concerns regarding the assault and safeguarding failures toward a student on the Autism Spectrum (I have A-Typical Autism), they used this against me and said that their Security Staff was acting out of 'Self Defense' to my Violent Actions Of Video Recording them against their wishes... Although they did say that after checking the CCTV that is controlled by 'Security' that they cannot uphold my complaint.

They have yet to see the footage, I managed to recover from the damaged mobile phone that was punched out of my hand... So here it is.
