Update-We have succeeded in stopping him being released for the meantime. The parole board declined his parole. But he can still reapply as often as he likes.

So I've decided to keep this petition open, until the law is changed, or until they stamp his papers Never to be Released.

On April the 11th 2023, a serial killer named Paul Denyer, whom the media dubbed The Frankston Serial Killer is due for parole. 

He was originally sentenced to three consecutive sentences of life imprisonment for the murders of three young ladies in Melbourne in 1993. 

Through a change in law, consecutive now just means 30 years. 

He was diagnosed of sadistic personality disorder,  but not legally insane. 

He has never shown any remorse for these senseless murders and even stated that it was something he had wanted to do for many years.

He was 20 years of age at the time.

Police believe there is even a chance he murdered prior to this. 

In July 2012, Denyer again came to the attention of the media and detectives over allegations of four rapes conducted over a six-week period against victims whom had either intellectual deficiencies or disorders

Even a warden that was working in the same jail where he is kept stated that he still has a huge hatred for women.

In my eyes there is no doubt he will re-offend. 

And as i said the non-parole period will expire in April 2023, and he has requested parole.

The three young ladies were 18 year old Elizabeth Stevens, 22 year-old Deborah Fream, and  17 year old Natalie Russell.

It wasnt just the murders but the brutality inflicked on these beautiful souls, that shows why this person should never be released. 

This is a heart breaking story as Elizabeth Stevens was also a very close family friend and my sister's best friend.

Many, many families have been affected because of this person's unthinkable crimes, and not one of these families involved will ever forget these young ladies, and the pain and loss will be with them forever, but knowing that this monster will never be released will atleast give them a little piece of mind and know that we have done everything possible to keep him locked up. 

It is that one last thing we can do for these ladies. 

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION AND SHARE THE LINK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND JUST MAYBE THE RIGHT PEOPLE WILL LISTEN AND KEEP THIS MONSTER LOCKED UP FOR THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE, AND ATLEAST GIVE ALL FAMILIES AFFECTED SOME SORT OF CLOSURE IN THE LOSS OF THEIR LOVED ONES, AND KNOWING HE HAS NO CHANCE IN RE-OFFENDING.
