Hey everyone I just wanted to update where we are. 

Bond was denied several months ago but I wanted to keep this open in case I need to reach out for the incredible support again. I can't thank you all enough.

The nephew, Easton Vance, was officially arraigned in Sullivan County, TN. today for 

First Degree Murder (3 CHARGES) 

Aggravated Rape of a Child (2 CHARGES)

Aggravated Child Abuse/neglect/endangerment 

Eastons next court appearance will be March 13th. It's been stated with the amount of discovery in the case, it'll be a while before trial comes. Which I already figured. He's not walking out. This should have never happened! But I have no doubts he will never have the opportunity to hurt another child or vulnerable persons. 

I am still hopeful that they'll go for the death penalty. Easton would still sit for 30 yrs. You don't hurt an innocent, defenseless, pure child and think you haven't earned the vengeance whatever God you serve has. You can't do it. You can't excuse it. You can't grasp it. All we can do is demand Justice. 

WITH A GUILTY VERDICT HE MUST RECEIVE DEATH OR LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE
