Demote Keenan Sudderth from Alcoa Youth Sports director
The Issue
As a parent involved in Alcoa Youth Sports, I’ve personally seen the disorganization, poor communication, and lack of professionalism that has affected both families and kids. Youth sports are supposed to be about building confidence, teamwork, discipline, and creating positive memories for our children, but many parents feel frustrated and unheard instead.
For too long, there have been ongoing issues with scheduling, communication, and leadership decisions that continue to create confusion and disappointment throughout the community. Parents have voiced concerns time and time again, but many feel like those concerns are ignored rather than addressed.
Our children deserve a sports program that is organized, responsive, fair, and focused on the kids first. We are simply asking for stronger leadership that reflects the values our community expects and our children deserve.
This is not about negativity or personal attacks. It is about accountability and wanting better for the future of Alcoa Youth Sports. We want a program where parents feel respected, coaches feel supported, and children can thrive in a positive environment.
I encourage fellow parents, community members, and supporters to stand together in advocating for change and improvement within Alcoa Youth Sports. By signing this petition, you are supporting a more organized, transparent, and positive future for our children and our community.
