We the people of the United States of America demand as redress that the DNC and its leadership voluntarily enter into a binding agreement between itself and us, the people, that states:

1.       The Democratic National Committee officially recognizes its overreach in attempting (and succeeding) to rig the 2016 primaries in favor of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

2.       The Democratic National Committee will not use delegates or superdelegates, at all, in determining the 2020 primaries and eventual Party nominee for President of the United States.

3.       The Democratic National Committee will issue a formal apology to Bernard Sanders for not offering him a fair shot at the nomination in 2016.

4.       The Democratic National Committee will make every reasonable effort to expand the first-vote primary ballots so all properly registered voters will have a chance to vote, even if doing so requires the polls to be open for the space of several days in order to have all ballots cast.

If the Democratic National Committee does not do this, we the people are prepared to:

1.       Contact the American Civil Liberties Union and any other agency/organization to argue this case in court on our behalf.

2.       Facilitate a general strike near the time of the primaries. Those of us that cannot join a strike are prepared to support those who can by whatever means we have, via durable support, or otherwise.

3.       Contest the results of the 2020 primary in court, if it is run unfairly as prescribed by the standards in this document and as made bare by common judgment.
