This election demonstrated that populism is the pulse of the nation.  The Democratic National Committee breached the trust of the American people and the Democratic Party as a whole by cheating and rigging elections toward an unpopular candidate in the interest of corporations and the status quo and against the wishes of the American people and by doing so, caused Donald J. Trump to become our 45th President.  We have an uphill battle and it would behoove the DNC to listen to us now.  

Of those whose positions stood the test, Tulsi Gabbard comes out smelling like a rose.  She did the ethical thing by stepping down as Vice Chair to lend her support to the candidate that the people wanted, while the DNC elites maintained their positions and propped up Hillary Clinton in opposition to their own rule that they remain neutral.  Tulsi Gabbard showed excellent judgment, ethical morals, and as an elected official she used her voice on behalf of the American people instead of corporate interests.  

If the DNC wishes to remain relevant and gain seats in the 2018 mid-terms, they need to change course, shake off their corporate chains, and listen to the people.  The only way to do that is to demonstrate to the people that they're willing to do so by appointing a trusted chair to lead the way and that trusted chair is Tulsi Gabbard.  Your move, DNC.  Do the right thing or expect 8 years of President Trump.
