I, along with many others, am a victim of the disturbing policy of WazirX, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange platform, and its CEO, Nischal Shetty. Despite confirmation that the INR funds are safe after their cyber attack, we are still unable to withdraw our money. This problem has been ongoing for more than ten long and distressing days - an unimaginable situation that leaves hardworking users like me in limbo. My own INR 319,000 are stuck in their system, impacting my personal finances significantly.

Alarmingly, WazirX and Shetty are buying time while possibly contending to use our unaffected user funds for their loss - an act we consider unethical and unlawful. Users' funds should never be jeopardized because of the firm's or its team's carelessness. This is not just about money; people's lives are at stake. Many users are in such despair that they are contemplating suicide over potentially lost funds.

INR funds have been confirmed safe on multiple occasions by Shetty himself. Yet, they insist on conducting needless polls and imposing unnecessary delays on the fund's release. WazirX and Shetty don't have rights to deny us access to our money.

This petition is not only for me, but for all those who have ever felt this frustration, stress, and deep sense of injustice. It's time to demand WazirX and Shetty allow us to withdraw our safe INR funds without any further delay. We demand transparency, we demand respect, and above all, we demand justice.
