Demand Vodafone Ghana to Improve Network and Refund Unused Subscriptions

The Issue

I am a long-suffering customer of Vodafone Ghana, I am deeply frustrated by the persistent network issues that have plagued us for more than four years. Despite our loyalty and continuous patronage, we are often unable to use the services we pay for due to poor network quality. This is not just an inconvenience; it's a breach of trust between Vodafone Ghana and its customers.

We Ghanaians subscribe to expensive bundles with the expectation of reliable service. However, when the service is so poor that we can't use our subscriptions before they expire, it feels like a slap in the face. It's even more disheartening when you consider that 90% of us are unemployed and every cedi counts.

Vodafone has been operating in Ghana for decades now, reaping significant profits from our patronage. Yet despite this wealth, they seem unwilling or unable to invest in improving their network infrastructure.

This petition calls on Vodafone Ghana not only to take immediate action to improve their network but also refund customers for unused subscriptions due to poor service quality. We deserve better than empty promises about "working on it". We need action now!

Please sign this petition if you believe in holding corporations accountable for their services and stand with us as we demand fairness from Vodafone Ghana!
