I have been a silent witness, watching with horror the atrocities inflicted on the people of Palestine by Israel. Innocent children are dying every day, while those who survive are left traumatized and starving. New mothers struggle to feed their babies in these dire conditions. I can no longer stand by idly as this humanitarian crisis unfolds.

The situation in Palestine is dire. According to UNICEF, nearly 2 million people in Gaza are affected by a lack of access to quality health services, clean water, and electricity (source: UNICEF). The ongoing conflict has exacerbated these issues, leading to an increase in child mortality rates and malnutrition among infants.

Yet it seems our western media and politicians turn a blind eye towards this genocide. It's horrifying and embarrassing that such human rights abuses go unnoticed or unaddressed by those with the power to intervene.

This petition is not just about demanding action; it's about holding our government accountable for its role on the global stage. We call upon the UK Government not only to demand an immediate ceasefire but also send much-needed aid for men, women, children of Palestine who are caught up in this conflict.

We cannot stand by while innocent lives continue being lost daily due to political indifference or strategic silence. Not in my name! We cannot allow this injustice to continue unchallenged.
