I am a 24-year retired veteran, and I have witnessed first-hand the abuse of power within our military ranks. My spouse, a current service member, had his constitutional rights violated through what can only be described as 'woke' complaints. This is not an isolated incident, but a systemic issue that needs immediate attention.

The military hierarchy often allows for the misuse of authority due to the rank of superiors. It's an environment where constitutional rights can be easily trampled upon under the guise of discipline or order. No one should ever have their constitutional rights infringed upon, especially those who are serving our nation.

Recent studies indicate that there is indeed a growing concern about this issue within military ranks (Pew Research Center, 2020). The study found that more than half of service members believe that major changes are needed in how disciplinary actions are handled. This shows just how widespread and deeply rooted this problem is.

We need to demand transparency and fairness in all disciplinary actions within our armed forces. We must ensure that 'woke' behavior does not infringe on any service member's constitutional rights or become an excuse for abuse of power by superiors.

This petition calls on Congress to enact legislation requiring all taxpayers to be informed about these issues within our military system and take necessary steps towards reforming it. Let us stand together for justice, fairness, and respect for all service members' constitutional rights.
