I, like many others, have experienced the frustration of purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster. The excitement of attending a concert or a comedy show is often overshadowed by the exorbitant taxes and service fees added to ticket prices. It feels like a rip-off; it feels like stealing. People work hard for their money, and enjoying live entertainment shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.

Ticketmaster's practices are not just frustrating—they're unfair. Not only do they add excessive fees to their tickets, but they also control the resale market in ways that disadvantage consumers. When people try to resell their tickets, Ticketmaster won't allow them to name their own price or even buy back the ticket for the full amount due to these added fees.

We must hold Ticketmaster accountable for these practices that take advantage of consumers' love for live events. We demand transparency in pricing—no hidden taxes or service charges—and fair policies on ticket resales.
