Every semester, we have grappled with the continuing issues of the MAYA system at University Malaya. This is not just a technical problem; it is a matter of our basic rights as students and staff members. We deserve to have reliable and efficient systems that support our educational journey, not hinder it.

The PTM (Pusat Teknologi Maklumat) of University Malaya has consistently failed to address these concerns adequately. The recurring problems with the MAYA system are causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for both students and staff members who rely heavily on this platform for academic activities.

We demand that PTM provides a comprehensive explanation regarding these ongoing issues. If they cannot resolve this situation promptly, we insist that the person responsible should resign as an apology towards the student and staff community.
