"I just walked through Allan Gardens.  And I honestly just don’t have words anymore. Huge groups of parties. Loud music. Drinking. A number of encampers now have aggressive dogs NOT on a leash. I saw someone shitting on the grass. A guy that was absolutely hammered trying to chop wood with an axe. An indigenous woman being hit by her boyfriend and crying. Absolute chaos. And security NOWHERE to be seen. 

WHEN something happens—not IF—I’d like to know who at the City should be held accountable for it. Because the risk to EVERYONE here is plain to see."
