Despite possessing evidence to prove the inaccuracies of these accusations, communication with our caseworker has been virtually impossible. She credulously accepts all the false statements made against me and my children's father without question. Consequently, my children are now living with foster parents, separated from their loving home. This is not just my story; it's a plight shared by countless families. In fact, an alarming 92% of all Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) cases stem from false allegations. This overwhelmingly high percentage indicates a systemic issue within the organization that prioritizes hasty removals over thorough investigations.
