However, they have illegally converted it into a 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom dwelling, accommodating over 16 people.

In just under 60 days, this unauthorized rental has brought numerous problems into our quiet, rural neighborhood:

- Broken glass and overflowing trash cans
- Men screaming sexually inappropriate things
- Excessive traffic disrupting the peace
- Constant noise at all hours
- Frequent visits from police and fire department causing disturbance
