Horse Plus Humane Society and their millions in donations, cannot even properly vet equines that they are "shelter transferring" to smaller organizations. Sending animals that need basic care, such as dental, and passing the cost on to others. For an organization that claims to be the "largest rescue organization" in the US, why are they not spending those millions on actual animal care? Where is the money going, State of Tennessee? Where are you?
