No collusion between Wilson Horse and Mule? Then why is Horse Plus Humane Society allowed to take all the pictures of downed, sick, injured, and abused/neglected animals they want to fundraise? Horse Plus Humane Society even produces videos out of the same auction.  

Are they allowing Horse Plus Humane Society because they will NEVER report the abuses and severe cases of neglect they see in Cookeville, Tennessee to authorities? Are they not mandated reporters of such abuse and neglect now that they have obtained an Animal Control Certification? What about before the certification? 

Wilson Horse and Mule does not want to be "compromised?"
