We, the citizens of Leavenworth, Kansas, are calling for the resignation of Kansas State Representative Pat Proctor as a committee member of Leavenworth's Alliance Against Family Violence. His voting record and public statements have consistently undermined women's rights and autonomy. As a state representative, he has supported policies that infringe upon women's reproductive rights and personal freedoms. These actions cast doubt on his ability to serve effectively in an organization dedicated to combating family violence.

Furthermore, his public attacks on women not only tarnish his own reputation but also undermine the credibility and mission of the Alliance Against Family Violence. It is essential that members of such an important organization truly represent values of equality, respect, and justice.

We believe that our community deserves representatives who will fight for all citizens' rights without bias or prejudice. Therefore we urge Representative Pat Proctor to resign from his position at the Alliance against family violence immediately.
