As a concerned member of the Hannibal, MO community, I have witnessed firsthand the detrimental impact that Jeff Evans and Scott Hawes have had on our local school district. Their behavior during school board meetings has created a toxic environment for teachers, children, and Hannibal Public School Staff. This is not conducive to fostering an educational environment where our children can thrive.

The negative atmosphere they perpetuate is not only damaging to staff morale but also affects the quality of education provided to our students. It's crucial that we prioritize creating a positive learning environment for our children - after all, they are the future leaders of this community.

We cannot stand by while these individuals continue to act in ways that are harmful to those who dedicate their lives to educating our youth. Therefore, we request their voluntary resignations from Hannibal School Districts Board of Education.
